We do not have a returns/refunds policy, except for certain cases.

All the orders are checked properply for any damages before shipping them;  You need to share a proof of damage in terms of a photograph and email it to care@doctornikhita.com with order details; returns are done on a case basis and if found eligible for returns, we do it within 10-15 working days to your bank account.
